Congress Gave Hemp THC 29 More Days. All Six Bills to Change the Ban Are Still in Committee.

Open on YouTube ↗
Congress pushed the federal hemp THC ban back 29 days, from Nov. 12 to Dec. 11, and none of the six bills filed to delay, repeal or replace it has had a committee vote. The new date is also the day government funding runs out, so the ban's fate now rides on a lame-duck spending fight after the Nov. 3 midterms.

What the ban does, how the delay passed (90-6 in the Senate, 370-48 in the House), where the White House stands, all six bills, why the farm bill didn't fix it, who is lobbying on each side, and the dates ahead.
