Florida's Busiest-Store Ranking Changes Every Week. Four Weeks of State Data Show What Holds.
Three companies held third place in four weeks, and Sunburn knocked Rise off the top once. But averaged across a month, the order we published in September stands — and the bottom of the table hasn't moved at all.
In September we ranked every Florida cannabis operator by how much THC moves through a single store in a week. GTI's Rise came first, Sunburn second, Goldflower third and Trulieve fourth — on one week of state data, 11–17 September.
The state has published three more weeks since. Put the four side by side and two things are true at once: the ranking below second place changes almost every week, and the four-week average comes out in exactly the order we published.
The top two hold

Rise led in three of the four weeks. Across all four it averaged 862,820 milligrams of THC per store per week, 60% above the state average of 540,117.
Sunburn led the other one. In the week of 18–24 September, Sunburn's 15 stores out-sold Rise's 25 per door. Its four-week average is 848,702 — less than 2% behind.
Nobody else came close. The gap from second place to third is larger than the gap from third to ninth.

Third place is a revolving door

Goldflower held third for the first two weeks. Jungle Boys took it in the week of 25 September – 1 October. Trulieve took it the week after.
That churn is mostly arithmetic. Goldflower, Jungle Boys and Sunburn each run 15 or 16 stores, so one strong or weak week at a handful of doors moves the chain's average sharply. Trulieve runs 170, and its average barely moves — until it does.
Trulieve's jump

For three straight weeks Trulieve dispensed almost exactly the same amount of THC: between 108.2 million and 108.4 million milligrams. In the week of 2–8 October it dispensed 117.7 million — up 8.6% in a single week.
That one company accounted for 70% of the state's entire weekly increase. Florida as a whole was up 3.2% that week, to 433.6 million milligrams, the highest of the four weeks.
The patient count did not move with it. Florida had 941,650 qualified patients in the first of these weeks and 942,370 in the last — an increase of 720 people across four weeks.
The state's figures do not say why Trulieve's volume rose. One week is not a trend; the next few updates will show whether it holds.
Jungle Boys was never really ninth
In September we reported Jungle Boys ninth on THC per store. That was true for that week. Across all four weeks it averages fifth, at 623,500, and it has led every week on flower: 336.7 ounces of smokable flower per store per week on the four-week average, ahead of Trulieve at 300.7. The state average is 192.9.
The bottom of the table doesn't move
The volatility is all at the top. Further down, the order is almost fixed.
Insa was 13th in all four weeks. Cookies was 14th in all four. Planet 13 was 17th in all four. Mint was 18th in all four. Surterra — 44 stores — was 19th once and 20th three times, averaging 225,295 milligrams per store, 58% below the state average.
At the top, Jungle Boys moved three places in a single week, twice. Below 12th place, no operator moved more than one place in any week.
What hasn't changed
One new store opened across the three new weeks — a Curaleaf in Wellington — taking Florida to 782. None of the 22 companies licensed in September has opened a store; all 24 licensees without dispensing approval still report "n/a" to the state.
The number to beat is still Rise's.
Methodology: every figure comes from the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use weekly updates published 18 September, 25 September, 2 October and 9 October 2026, covering the weeks of 11–17 September, 18–24 September, 25 September – 1 October and 2–8 October. Each week's table was checked against the state's printed totals. Milligrams per store is an operator's reported milligrams of THC divided by its reported dispensing locations; four-week averages divide each operator's total milligrams by its total store-weeks. Florida does not publish dollar sales, so "sales" here means dispensed product as the state records it. Operators reporting zero dispensing locations are excluded from all rankings. The 7-store operator listed by the state as Indiva Cannabis appears in our charts as One Plant.
