Rise Runs Florida’s Busiest Dispensaries. Trulieve Runs the Most of Them.
Divide weekly output by store count and the league table inverts — Rise at 818,966 milligrams a door from 25 stores, Trulieve fourth across 170, and Jungle Boys top on flower. Every Florida operator ranked by what actually moves through a single store.
In the week of 11–17 September 2026, Florida’s 23 operating cannabis companies dispensed 415,816,981 milligrams of THC and 148,635 ounces of smokable flower across 781 stores.
Total volume tells you who is biggest. Divide by store count and it tells you something more useful: how much product actually moves through a single door in a single week. On that measure the ranking inverts, and the winners are not the names on the most storefronts.
The top of the table is small

GTI’s Rise stores lead Florida at 818,966 mg per store per week — 54% above the state average of 532,416, from just 25 locations.
Sunburn is within a whisker at 812,922, from 15 stores. That is essentially the same output per door from a chain 40% smaller, and it is the same fifteen stores MedMen sold to Florida’s Green Sentry in 2022 at $63 million — $16 million under its announced price. Same licence, same real estate, different operator.
Goldflower is third at 715,201 from 16 stores, and remains the most interesting undisclosed number in the state: it has never published a cultivation square footage.
Those three run 56 stores between them. Seven percent of Florida’s 781.
| # | Operator | Stores | mg THC / store | vs average |

Trulieve’s number is the hard one
Fourth place looks like a demotion. It isn’t.
Trulieve clears 637,357 mg per door across 170 stores — twenty percent above the state average at a footprint nearly seven times larger than the operator above it. Productivity almost always decays with scale: more stores means more marginal locations, thinner catchments, weaker corners. Holding +20% across 170 of them is a different kind of achievement from doing it across 25.
It is also the only operator that leads every region of the state. There is no part of Florida where someone else has more stores than Trulieve.
Flower reorders everything

Rank the same companies by ounces of smokable flower per store and the table rearranges.
Jungle Boys leads at 304.5 oz per store per week — and sits ninth on the THC measure. Trulieve is second at 299.6. Curaleaf third at 210.2, Sunburn fourth at 205.2. The state average is 190.3.
The gap between the two rankings is a map of what each business actually sells. Flower rewards a good grow and scarcity pricing; total THC rewards a broad concentrate, vape and edible range. Mint sits 18th on THC and second-to-last on flower at 36.3 oz — a business selling almost no weight at all. Jungle Boys is the mirror image.
The thin end

Plot store count against output per store and the distress is visible in the bottom-right: chains carrying more retail than their supply can fill.
Surterra runs 44 stores at 232,199 mg each — 56% below average, the weakest per-door performance of any large chain in Florida. Planet 13 is at 298,389 across 34 stores. Sunnyside, Cresco’s brand, manages 341,813 across 31.
These are not small operators. Between them they hold 109 dispensaries — 14% of the state’s retail — and all three run well under the state average. An operator cannot sell what it cannot cultivate, and the weakest performers here are consistently the ones who have cut cultivation or never built enough of it.
Two stores that sold nothing
At the very bottom: Fino and Wildflower each report one dispensing location and zero milligrams of THC for the week. Fino moved 51.5 oz of flower; Wildflower moved nothing at all.
Both hold licences. Both have a store. Neither sold any THC product in the week the state measured.
Who isn’t here
Twenty-six licensed companies are excluded from every ranking above, because they had no store to divide by.
Two — Bloom Dispensary and Revolution Florida — hold dispensing authorisation and report zero locations. The other 24 hold licences but are not yet authorised to dispense, and report "n/a." Twenty-two of those were issued in September 2026, in the largest single licence expansion in the programme’s history. None has opened a store.
When they do, they will be measured against the table above. On current form, the number to beat is not Trulieve’s 170 stores. It is Rise’s 818,966.
Methodology: every figure from the OMMU weekly update for 11–17 September 2026. Milligrams per store is an operator’s reported mg of THC divided by its reported dispensing locations; ounces per store is the same on smokable flower. Florida does not publish dollar sales, so "sales" here means dispensed product as the state records it. Licensees reporting zero dispensing locations are excluded from all rankings and listed above. Totals reconcile exactly: 781 locations, 415,816,981 mg of THC, 148,635.187 oz of flower, 941,650 qualified patients. By Greg Silverstein · @sourcatjack · @newyork420week.
